Shannon’s ‘Beers & Boughs’ workshops typically sell out at every venue. These workshops are held at a local, Central Oregon brewery or tap house. She uses natural, foraged materials, seed pods, local greens and hops from the Lester’s 1/4 acre, cut flower, vegetable and hop farm, Lucky Foot Farm & Hoppery.
